Commented Issue: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. [22412]

I installed the OLAP PivotTable Extensions and did not see them in Excel. I went to the add-ins and the following message was displayed in the "Load Behavior" section of the COM add-ins dialog. I went throught the process of creating an install log. (See attached).

I am having the same issue with Windows7 32 bit, Excel 2010 32 bit, .NET Framework 4. I am not sure how to log the install of the add in to provide more information. I am able to install it fine, but then I get the Not Loaded error and am not able to keep it active. Please advise.
