Commented Unassigned: Library not registered [65143]

When I try to apply filter using the Filter List tab, I get the following error:

Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))
in Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel._Application.get_LanguageSettings()
in OlapPivotTableExtensions.MainForm.SetCulture(Application app)
in OlapPivotTableExtensions.MainForm.workerFilterList_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)

How can I resolve this issue? I use Excel 2007.

Can you go to the About tab and send that screenshot? Wondering what versions and languages you have.
