Commented Issue: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. [22412]

I installed the OLAP PivotTable Extensions and did not see them in Excel. I went to the add-ins and the following message was displayed in the "Load Behavior" section of the COM add-ins dialog. I went throught the process of creating an install log. (See attached).

Ok, so I walked through all those instructions and got the log file (attached). As for the other steps in the instructions see the following:

-I did restart excel several times, no success
-My pivot table is definitely an OLAP pivot table from SSAS
-I have tried repairing, removing and reinstalling with no success
-It is actually NOT disabled, it is just inactive, and flips back to inactive even if I select it to be active
