Commented Issue: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. [22412]

I installed the OLAP PivotTable Extensions and did not see them in Excel. I went to the add-ins and the following message was displayed in the "Load Behavior" section of the COM add-ins dialog. I went throught the process of creating an install log. (See attached).

What do you get if you set VSTO_SUPPRESSDISPLAYALERTS to 0 as described here then restart Excel and try to reenable the add-in?

Do you have anti-virus installed which is blocking the add-ins?
